2nd Alarm Barn Fire in the 35 Local

Just before 6pm yesterday the 2nd alarm was struck for the 35-01 box for a working barn fire brining PT32. The PT hit the street with in 3 mins of dispatch and shuttled 6 total loads of water. PT32 along with the numerous other tankers on scene moved in excess of 250,000 gallons of water used in the suppression efforts. PT32's crew assisted with the dump site operations on arrival. PT32 and crew operated on scene for over 6 hours before being released. During the incident Engine 32 stood by in quarters to cover incidents in the Myerstown - Jackson Township area.
